Central Colorado Cattlemen’s Association will have their food booth on weekends at the Park County Fair again this year. They will offer Breakfast Burritos and muffins, along with hot coffee and juices for those early appetites. The lunch menu will feature hearty Sliced Barbecue Beef Sandwiches, Grilled Hamburgers featuring South Park Beef, Hot Dogs, Beef and Bean Burritos and Frito Pie. For dessert, try homemade pie and or an ice cream bar or cone. They will have plenty of ice cold sodas, sport drinks and bottled water. By popular demand, they will also be serving on Friday, July 24th, starting at 11:00 A.M. Look for the white tents and red aprons outside the west entrance of the Livestock Barn.
All proceeds from the weekend benefit the Central Colorado Cattlemen’s Association Scholarship Fund. Their scholarship is made available to graduating high school seniors who will be enrolled in an agricultural related major in college. Information on how to apply can be obtained at the booth. You are encouraged to come enjoy some good food and support the kids.
